Monday : 5:00pm - 6:00pm Study of Prana - How to breathe better (starting from November 15th) Breathing is an integral part of meditation and being a very central part of life itself we can just easily understand how important it is for our Spiritual life. And yet we tend to forget how to properly breathe in our daily routine. We will go through the techniques and making emphasis on how to translate these onto our daily grind.
6:30pm Hatha Yoga with Isidora (£4 drop in/£28 for 8 classes/Student Discount) Hatha-Yoga is commonly practiced in the west as exersise and stress-reducing practice.It balances mind and body via physical postures or "asanas", controlled breathing, and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Asanas are unique positions that strengthen, purify and balance the endocrine, nervous and circulatory systems. It helps to increase flexibility, stabilise weight and rid the body of toxins.
Tuesday : 6:00pm - 7:30pm Falung Gong (Free) Its a system of beliefs and qigong exercise practices founded in China by Li Hongzhi in 1992. Falun Gong (Falun Dafa) differs from other qigong schools in its absence of daily rituals of worship, its greater emphasis is on morality.Its main concepts are Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. The teachings derived from Buddhism and Taoism.

Wednesday : 6:00pm to 7:00pm Yoga-Nidra Guided Meditation with Reiki Teacher Robert (£5 for drop in) Yoga-Nidra Meditaton is dynamic state of deep conscious relaxation.It has two main futures, full relaxation of body and mind, and strong motivation - Sankalpa.This combination lets your rational mind to rest when your subconsciousness becomes very active.Which is ideal ground for planting the seeds of intention.It helps to work very effectively with tensions, anxiety, sleeping problems, negative emotions, bad habits, addictions or to increase motivation.Which resulting in a more balanced mind.One hour of Yoga-Nidra equals to 3-4 hours of normal sleep.

Friday : 12:00 to 3pm Tarot Day with Carol Watson.(£22 for 30 min) She is a well trained Tarot reader and is very popular in our little community. She does 3 Deck readings: Foretelling future events. 29 card reading on whats coming in the next 3 days, 3 weeks and 3 months on all levels of your life. Consult the realm of divination to uplift your spirit.
Saturday : 11:00am - 12:00am: Vipassana-Mindfulness Meditation (£6 Donation - money raised goes to Green Tara Charity) Vipassana - means to see things as they really are.Its a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body, which can be experienced directly by disciplined attention to the physical sensations. It dissolves mental impurity of mind and lets you be full of love and compassion.
