Green Tara Scotland is an organisation concerned about the poverty and chances in life that dis-advantaged people in the Himalayan region have. Green Tara is run by people who have either come from that region or who have experienced life and who have other considerable knowledge and insight into life in that region. We think that this means our collective experiences, insight and understanding helps us to help people of this region in a more considered and responsive way.

Green Tara charity would like To Thank everyone who took part in Namaste Edinburgh for raising £300 on Saturday. It was a joyfull event with beautiful people around to share.

We will be using the money to buy School Uniforms and school Desks at Nagal School in Dehra Dun!
